In the first year of the project, TUKE staff and partners were proposed to follow online training regarding general knowledge on project management and administrative skills, with a focus on European projects. Specific sessions on business plan, clustering and networking were also addressed.
The training programme was designed to have :
- sessions covering project proposal writing, database creation, capabilities identification, workshop organization, and partner profile preparation;
- sessions on business plan preparation, emphasizing practical tools for commercialization;
- sessions on clustering and networking.
TUKE is now fitted with appropriate project management tools and is strenghtening its capacity building skills by developping a virtual cluster, with a profile that makes TUKE a unique and different centre. These skills are now ready to be shared to extend the network during attendance or organisation of events.
