WIDEX Project Showcased at SlovakiaTech: Key Developments in Green and Non-Invasive Technologies

On 17 September 2025, the Raw Materials Day 2025 seminar took place in Košice as part of SlovakiaTech, organized by EIT RawMaterials – RIS Hub Slovakia at the Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnologies (FBERG) of the Technical University of Košice (TUKE). The event provided an opportunity to connect experts from the raw materials sector, share experiences, and promote collaboration and innovation in the field of circular economy and materials processing.

During the seminar, coordinator of WIDEX project Juraj Janocko from FBERG and Zita Takacova from Faculty of materials, metallurgy and recycling, TUKE presented the activities and progress of the WIDEX project. They focused on the activities of WP3 – Knowledge Transfer in Green and Non-invasive Technology, as well as cluster collaboration and the establishment of a virtual center. Their contribution was an important part of WIDEX project dissemination, providing information on project outcomes and opportunities for further involvement of experts and organizations.
